Oopsie Altis takes a bath!

Its been a while since Oopsie had a bath the pampering way..with a few (China) men fussing over her..

Ooo..its raining..Lomantic sia...


Soap comes on and the dirt comes off!


Ok, can anyone tell me what this is? Alan & I have been guessing:
(1) Sprinker
(2) Lot space detector like those in shopping mall carparks
(3) Emergency lights

This is found in our HDB MSCP..shed some light please!!
