Yummy Finds in May/June

As usual, we ate alot so these are some of the yummy food for May/ June:

(1) The Asian Kitchen, basement of Vivocity

Chef Special, Chilli Soft Shell Crab La Mian

Prawn Fried Rice

4 Ji Dou, my Favourite..this is yum!

Xiao Long Bao

Verdict: Can pass la, but got better choices lor..once in a while visit


(2) Botak Jones @ Bukit Batok!!
Fish & Chips

Gigantic Chicken Hotdog

Verdict: Too salty but good for average after work day dinners

(3) Coffee Club @ Taka
Spicy Panna Chix Pasta (I think)

Pasta that Jarol had

Lynnie ordered a Ravioli lookalike

The Shepard's Pie was good..

My Pick: Smk Salmon Pasta, generous helping of Salmon

Side order of mash potatoes and they didnt give us any sauce to go with..tsk tsk

Peach & Green Apple Soda was refreshingly good!


Verdict: Good variety but might burn a hole in your pockets

(4) Roast Meat shop near Bugis

Yum but rice is way too hard..crowded during lunch time..apparently its rather famous for its Roast Meat

Si Yang Cai Dun Tang

Verdict: Will come again for sure!

(5)Yakichi Japanese "Chuan Shao" @ Suntec Basement

Our choice:


Verdict: Not bad but not filling enough..More please!!
