New Tryout - Mango Pudding

While shopping for groceries last week, we decided to try to make our own mango pudding..How hard can it be right? I absolutely scored at making it during Cooking MAMA game on my DSLite...

Here is how its done..

Melt the mix with water and heat, stir well

To speed up, i cool the mix with ice water before pouring into mould

It helps when these cups are so colorful! Lifts my moods!

All set to be sent to the fridge

I can't wait!


HAHA, easy peasy...anyone has a better way of making them, please share..Maybe next time i shall put some cocktail mix into it..hmmm, good for mahjong snacks too!
