Looking at this photo, i really feel like a DINOSAUR beside the girls!!Sobz..I need to lose weight fast so for the 1st time ever, i am on NON CARBO Diet...
Day 1:
Breakfast:
Fishball Soup shared with Alan..Stomach grumbling by 10.30 am
Lunch: Japanese Tonkatsu & EBI with no rice (they ran out of rice anyways. By 3pm i was sooooo hungry...i want to eat CARBO!! Kind Mr Yeo brought me to Old Chang Kee for chicken wings..damnm this is only DAY ONE!!!
Dinner: Veg & Meat with no rice at S11 Bukit Batok..ARGHHHH..Stomach feels empty..
Alan & I headed to the supermarket as we decided to eat in so we can avoid CARBO for the next few days..
Day 2:
Breakfast Oats Cereal (YES THIS IS CARBO, but we have nothing to eat for bfast liao)
Lunch: Pork Chop at Hans, i actually didnt touch the baked beans (my fav) & fries..whew..tat was close..PERSEVERE! By 5pm, im about to faint from hunger
Dinner: Home Made with Love & Sweat..
Lotus Root & Pork Rib Soup
Salmon & Steak (OOoo..this is heavenly)
Day 3:
Breakfast: Oats Cereal again..(OMG, i haven lose weight & i have sore thoat liao!!)
Lunch: Zhu Za Tang at Lau Pa Sat + 3 Veg from economic rice stall ALL without rice..wohoo..ingenius!! By 5pm i went to McDonald's for 6 pc nuggets..KAoz, don't think this will work out for me..i eat more meals lor
Dinner at home again:
Eggs
Pork Chop
Seafood
I duno how long i can last leh!! I WANA EAT RICE,NOODLES, BREAD AND BISCUITS!! I duno how Mdm Yeo & Derric did it but its killing me...ALL FOR THE SAKE OF VANITY! Women are really a weird bunch..Men please dun laugh or frown, you will get fat too lor!
I think i can only tahan 1 week lor..so much for dieting!
