LAS VEGAS (Part 4)

On the last night before we depart, we were all dressed up to attend the all important Business Objects GALA Dinner..Dress Code for ladies: Dresses. Although the event is held at the hotel itself, it was freezing cold that night & i had to wear my coat to the dinner hall.

According to tradition, every year, the management commitee and our founder will perform a skit for the employees. This year's theme was SHREK:


The princess is our founder while Shrek was our CEO!


They even taught us how to react


Later as the dinner progresses, since our founder will no longer be with BOBJ but will join SAP, the management commitee honored him by presenting him with a certificate of a STAR, yes a REAL STAR, to be named after him, to commerate his efforts and contributions..Wow..i didn't even know you could buy a star!
